Bryncoch RFC. Six on the dot.

We have taken up residency at Bryncoch RFC. Meet at the clubhouse, head out together for a 5K and get back roughly half an hour later.

The run ends. The morning does not have to. Stay for batch brew, conversation and however long the good vibes last.

Run club · Flat 5K · First Friday · 6AM

6 A.M. Club × PureGym.

Once a month the club heads to PureGym Neath. Meet us there at 6AM on the first Friday of every month for a flat 5K from PureGym and back with the Red Hill crew, followed by a catch-up coffee on the house at the finish.

PureGym Neath is at Vale of Neath Retail Park on Cadoxton Road.

Boxing Day · 9AM · Red Hill

A legendary Red Hill Boxing Day tradition.

At 9AM on Boxing Day, the kids do a 1K through the village while everyone else takes on the El Clásico 5K loop through the village. It is festive, family-friendly and one of the mornings that makes Red Hill feel like Red Hill.

What to expect

Three very simple steps.

  1. Meet before six

Wednesday at Bryncoch RFC, or the first Friday at PureGym Neath.

  2. Get the 5K in

Both clubs are 5Ks. Wednesday takes roughly 30 minutes; the PureGym route is flat, out and back.

  3. Stay for the good bit

Batch brew is on the house after Wednesday's run, and the first-Friday PureGym 5K finishes with a catch-up coffee on the house.

Next Wednesday

Alarm on. Trainers by the door.

Meet the crew at Bryncoch RFC for 6AM. Five kilometres later, the batch brew and the rest of the morning are waiting.
