The straight-up shop terms.

1. About these terms

These terms apply when you use the Red Hill Coffee merchandise shop or buy goods from RED HILL COFFEE LTD, company number 15396013, of 35 Furzeland Drive, Bryncoch, Neath SA10 7UG. They should be read with our Privacy, Collection & Delivery and Returns policies. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot lawfully be limited, including your statutory consumer rights.

2. Products and availability

We take reasonable care to describe and photograph products accurately. Screen colours, handmade or small-run details and garment measurements may vary slightly. Products remain subject to availability. Placing an item in your bag does not reserve stock. Clothing marked "Made to order" is produced after payment and is not represented as stock held at Bryncoch.

3. Prices and payment

The Square-hosted checkout shows the final item price, the £3.99 UK delivery charge for a clothing order, and applicable taxes before you commit to payment. Collection is free. Payment is processed securely by Square. This website does not receive or store your full card number or card security code. If a displayed price is clearly wrong, we may reject the order and refund any payment rather than supply at the erroneous price.

4. Your order and our contract

You must provide accurate contact and, where requested, delivery information in Square Checkout and have authority to use the selected payment method. Website clothing delivery is available to UK addresses only. An automated payment or order acknowledgement confirms receipt, not necessarily acceptance. We accept a collection order when we confirm it is ready, and a made-to-order clothing order when production is placed with our partner. If we cannot accept it, for example because an option or delivery address is unavailable or outside the UK, we will tell you and refund any payment taken.

5. Collection, delivery, ownership and risk

Collection and made-to-order delivery arrangements are described in our Collection & Delivery policy. You own the goods once we have received payment in full. For collection products, risk passes when the goods are collected by you or a person you nominate. For delivered clothing, risk passes when the goods are delivered to you or a person you identify, except where applicable law provides otherwise.

6. Cancellations, returns and refunds

Cancellation and return instructions are in our Returns and refunds policy. That policy does not replace or reduce your statutory remedies for faulty, misdescribed or unsuitable goods.

7. Using this website

You may use the site for lawful personal shopping. You must not interfere with its security, submit automated or excessive requests, attempt to access non-public systems, introduce malicious code, scrape protected content, or use the shop fraudulently. We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to protect customers, the business or the service.

8. Our content

Red Hill Coffee branding, product photography, writing and site content belong to us or our licensors. You may view them for personal use but may not reproduce or commercially exploit them without permission, except where the law allows.

9. Responsibility

We are responsible for losses that are a foreseeable result of our breach of these terms or failure to use reasonable care and skill. We do not exclude liability where doing so would be unlawful, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or breach of your statutory consumer rights. We are not responsible for business losses where you buy as a consumer.

10. Changes, law and contact

The terms applying to an order are those made available when it is placed. We may update these terms for future orders. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, but mandatory consumer protections in your home jurisdiction continue to apply where relevant. Consumers living elsewhere in the UK may bring proceedings in their local courts where the law permits.
