Made-to-order clothing delivery
Clothing is printed after you order and sent to the UK delivery address entered in Square Checkout. UK delivery costs £3.99 per clothing order, regardless of the number of clothing items in that order. Clothing cannot share a checkout with collection products. Website clothing delivery is available to UK addresses only.
Production, packaging and timing
Red Hill passes the product choice and delivery details to our production partner after Square confirms payment. The partner prints, packs and dispatches the garment, so parcels may arrive in Amazon-branded packaging and separate items may arrive separately. The available carrier and delivery estimate depend on the item and address. Red Hill remains your seller and point of contact throughout.
Delivery address
Check the name, phone number, postcode, country and full address carefully in Square Checkout. If a non-UK address is entered, or the production partner cannot deliver to the address supplied, Red Hill will not place the order into production and will contact you to agree a UK-address correction or refund. Never send card details by email.
Collection products
The Founder Series cap and Spark book are collected from Red Hill Coffee, 35 Furzeland Drive, Bryncoch, Neath SA10 7UG. There is no collection charge. Please wait until Red Hill confirms that the order is ready, then bring the Square order confirmation.
Changes and problems
Contact us as soon as possible with the Square order number if an address or item choice is wrong, a parcel is late, or anything arrives damaged, missing or incorrect. Because production may start promptly, we cannot promise that a requested change can be made after payment, but this does not affect your legal rights.
